FedEx claimed they delivered it, but I found out 6 days before Christmas day that they didn’t receive it. They wanted to replace the one I ordered with a cheap-looking tin of bagged popcorn that cost less than my original option for the product, and I declined. Instead, the replacement order I chose was listed as in stock and it was agreed that I would not pay anything extra for the difference in price.

Got a shipping email the next morning with no explanation and they sent bags of popcorn I didn’t want to send them due to the ones I wanted being out of stock. It was said in that email that I cannot cancel this order. I will never order from this company again and have completely cancelled my order. The customer rep was friendly, but now my friend will not be receiving a Christmas gift from me this year due to the incompetence of this company or shipping issues with FedEx. Also, It has been a horrible experience that I will not repeat with this company. We’ll see if they actually give me a full refund. They even tried to get away with not refunding me the full amount of my first order which was never delivered.

So, Ordered this as a gift and personalized it with a photo. My wife called to verify where the photo would appear on the tin, as it would affect the tin we chose. We were told that the photo would appear on the side. When it arrived the photo was attached at the top, not printed on the tin and the customer service person said it would not be. For the great price of this product, I would expect better quality and more knowledgeable staff. The Ulta popcorn itself was good and shipping was quick. Although not worth the expense.
