I am very happy with the service I got from Smoke Cartel. Around Christmas time I bought a vape and received it on Christmas Eve. A few weeks later, the wipes started malfunctioning, so I wrote an email to customer service asking for help. Within five minutes they got back to me and asked me to send a short video to show what was happening. They sent the video to the product team and on the same day they offered to upgrade the vape at no extra cost and I could choose between two different vapes. After I picked up a new wipe, they quickly made a shipping label and had it in the mail within two days.
Upon opening the new vape, there was a small silicone plug that was missing. (not their fault as the packaging was sealed and most likely the manufacturer forgot/remembered) I wrote them an email and once again within five minutes, they got back to me saying They will send a new plug in the mail right away. I received the plug the next day, and I’m happy to say that my wipes worked great. So, I highly recommend using Smoke Cartel for any of your smoke, vape or medicinal needs. I will definitely buy more from this company in future.
