They still can’t tell me when it will be delivered and tell me I can’t get a refund.

I enjoy ordering from ShopPBS.org and I also like getting regular emails from them so I know when they are running sales/specials on some of their DVDs. Mainly buy them as gifts but I have bought a few for myself. They occasionally have great deals, and orders arrive on time. Once or twice I ordered something that was on back order, but this was made clear very early in the ordering process, so no surprises.

I bought a few things from Shoppbs and only received one of them. Contacted them via email and immediately apologized for the mistake and they shipped the rest of my order right away. I received it very quickly without any further problems. Also, am very pleased with the goods and service.

I donate every month, and my credit card is fine. But oh sweet baby Jesus, Try ordering a product, and I’m told “Check or money order only” because 15 months ago they screwed up chargebacks. Phone calls, emails, waste of time. PBS is just a nightmare to deal with. Love programming, but I’m done.
Terrible Service
I placed the order, entered all the information correctly and received an invoice email a few hours later showing they were going to the wrong address! I immediately called and emailed but was told there was nothing they could do. They refused to modify or cancel the order and just asked me to mail it back for a refund despite the fact that it’s their screw-up, I will never shop with these clowns again and I advise others to avoid them.

I would give it 0 points. Do not buy from store PBS. I ordered an adult men’s medium-size T-shirt. It arrived and the label said size medium. But it won’t suit even a medium-sized guy. Deceptive shape. I called PBS and wanted to speak with a supervisor and was assured they would call me back.

Same issue as others. The ordered product was damaged and also not of good quality in general. It arrived without a return mailing label, so I called and after being on hold for a very long time, got a representative who said they would mail me a label. did not reach Called again, this time saying they would email the label. Still did not reach. I am currently trying to talk to someone for the third time in the last 20 minutes. I will never order from them again even though there are many products that I really like.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless customer service, an absolutely useless website, and absolutely useless phone system. I was on hold for an hour last night and got disconnected. Today I was on hold for 1/2 hour and the same thing. My aunt paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping before the Christmas delivery date. Nothing has been received and of course, no one answers the phone or email. I’m going to dispute the charge on his card.
I Have Placed Two Identical Orders
I have placed two similar orders where charges have been made to my debit but my orders were cleared after the payment is completed. No tracking, no email, nothing in my order history– POOF! I contacted customer care 3 times and I was told to wait for 5 business days for the charges to be removed as no such order exists from their side. I even took a screenshot of my order the second time around to prove I wasn’t crazy!! They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

If I hadn’t hooked up with a really nice guy (sorry, I can’t find his name!), I would’ve only put one star. I was having difficulty getting a PBS passport so I called on the phone number provided. Was on hold forever, then disconnected; Turns out they weren’t even open then – couldn’t the recording say so?? An email was sent, and another phone number was given which, after getting lots of dead ends down the telephone tree, sent me back to the first number. Then on hold forever, disconnected. I tried again and miraculously found a really nice guy who spent 20 minutes walking me through the process. He was great but his phone system is very bad.
