I would give it 0 points. Do not buy from store PBS. I ordered an adult men’s medium-size T-shirt. It arrived and the label said size medium. But it won’t suit even a medium-sized guy. Deceptive shape. I called PBS and wanted to speak with a supervisor and was assured they would call me back.

I Have Placed Two Identical Orders

I have placed two similar orders where charges have been made to my debit but my orders were cleared after the payment is completed. No tracking, no email, nothing in my order history– POOF! I contacted customer care 3 times and I was told to wait for 5 business days for the charges to be removed as no such order exists from their side. I even took a screenshot of my order the second time around to prove I wasn’t crazy!! They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

If I hadn’t hooked up with a really nice guy (sorry, I can’t find his name!), I would’ve only put one star. I was having difficulty getting a PBS passport so I called on the phone number provided. Was on hold forever, then disconnected; Turns out they weren’t even open then – couldn’t the recording say so?? An email was sent, and another phone number was given which, after getting lots of dead ends down the telephone tree, sent me back to the first number. Then on hold forever, disconnected. I tried again and miraculously found a really nice guy who spent 20 minutes walking me through the process. He was great but his phone system is very bad.
