So Pushy and Bully You
They start by offering a poster for a new business for $10.00. I fell for it and his $10 turned into $500. I have spoken to him many times and told him that I do not want his posters. They are very pushy and almost make you think that you have to do this or your business will be in violation of some sort of federal and state laws. I informed them that I could go to my state’s labour department website and order the poster for free. Same with OSHA and the federal government. Labor Department and so on. They are calling me almost weekly now and it shows up as a local number. They not only call the business phone number but are also calling my personal cell phone.
This Company is Predatory: Personnelconcepts.com
This company is predatory. They will call your office to “confirm your order” after you have made a purchase and add several unnecessary items to try and rack up your bill. All the while pretending that it was the original order. Don’t do business with them.
I Just Got Scammed by This Company
I got scammed by this company like everyone else in these hundreds of comments and in 2023 they are calling my personal number again when I said I am not interested multiple times. If you live in Florida and want to take legal action against these scammers please contact me so we can all take action together. My email is LegalActions terminate it now. it’s terrible.

I Can’t Bo Less Than 1 Star
I can’t do less than 1 star. It is a scam as they convince young office workers that they are required to buy these labour law posters. Then offer to send the bill in the mail. By the time the bill goes through A/P and 7 days period for return is over, it is rejected. They won’t let you return the poster and send the bill to collections. Total scam.
Looks Like Official State Mail, But It’s Not: Personnelconcepts.com
The mailer sounds like it is an official New York State business, and an order must be placed and paid for to avoid non-compliance. This is clearly a deliberate strategy to improve sales. This company has earned a highly unbelievable score in my book.
Extreme Pressure
High-pressure salespeople who make you feel like you are breaking the law if you don’t buy what they are selling. They say it’s a price and then you get an invoice with more nonsense. I didn’t like the phone call at all. It almost felt like I was talking to a robot. After reading these other reviews I have notified my office staff to stop and block any phone calls I may receive from this company.
Thieves Trying To Steal Small
Thieves trying to steal from small businesses. He called claiming to be with the Department of Labor and asked for the name of the manager. We realized that they were real scammers. He was told that we were not interested in his posters. He sent them in the mail with a bill for $800 and is now bothering to pay.

Total Scam
Total scam. I bought a poster from them and they sent an invoice which was $300 with all this added to it. He added all these unnecessary posters and subscribed to me without my consent.
Don’t buy from them!! They use fancy words to make you think it is necessary to buy from them but in fact, you can get all these posters for free from the Department of Labor and government websites.
This company is a scam! I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Scam Alert
Just got a phone call from Personal Concepts insistent that I have an open invoice. Definitely a scam! After I declined and asked her to note my account don’t call my business again she said she would note the account and turn it over to collections. Very good! Be careful and don’t fall for their tricks! Now I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Company Harassment: Personnelconcepts.com
We have ordered from this company twice in the past and they haggle with you on what you need (even though they don’t have HR degrees). They will call you repeatedly and also use hidden numbers to get you to answer. Do not use this business they will harass you constantly.

An Aggressive, Rude and Predatory Sales Company that Will Not Take no For an Answer
After cancelling our original order for 1 poster we continually received aggressive and rude salespeople who would not take no for an answer. He called several more times when he was told that the boss was unavailable and out of the office. When we cancelled our order we were told that our telephone number would be removed, a refund sent and our account closed completely. However, for the last two weeks ever since we cancelled our order, we have been receiving calls from this company almost every day.
I’d Give 0 If There Was a Choice
I’d give 0 if there was a choice. The last and 4th emails say I owe over $200. I don’t need these posters because I don’t have any employees and I never ask for all the things they are trying to accuse me of. Now threatening to report to a credit agency for balance. Personnelconcepts.com I told them to do whatever they want to do. I will oppose it and if they do anything, I will remove it.
I’m Not Happy With the Way You Guys: Personnelconcepts.com
I’m not happy with how you guys just made extra purchases without my consent and took almost $400 from my account when I only bought $59 through your website, even when I don’t want it I called and wanted my money back but never got a refund for all the things I didn’t want but said I needed. Even though I might need it, I wasn’t ready to buy it. You guys set me back.
Liars and Cheaters
Liars and cheaters. They’re not regulators just trying to sell you a whole bunch of posters saying it’s the law. Gang of scammers. Once they know the conversation is going nowhere, they have the audacity to hang up on you. He should be arrested. The law should protect new business owners from them and regulate how solicitors advertise because they make their forms look like they came from a top government authority.
They are the Pushiest Company I’ve Had
They are by far the pushiest company I have ever dealt with. Personnelconcepts.com I ordered 1 OSHA poster and he argued with me even after I explained that I was in compliance with the rest of our posters. I told him “no” to the other posters 5 times and then he hung up on me.
