The experience of selecting and ordering was great. The box full of all the valuable equipment was falling apart. When he opened his van to collect my box, pieces of my order were strewn across the floor of the van. I could see damage to the box inside the shipping box. Crutchfield thought of everything. I especially liked the ‘pre-wired’ harness option. I took out the old radio, put the new one in, and everything worked without issue. The equipment needed to do the job was also fully functional. I replaced my radio in less than 30 minutes. The instructions were very easy to follow.
