Terrible Service & Food

There was no hostess so we sat at the bar. The bar was full of dirty dishes and there was only one other person at the bar. Ordered our dinner they didn’t have Caesar salad so I ordered soup. When they brought food for my husband, they told me that there was no soup. Why did he wait so long to tell me? I did not eat food and left as soon as my husband left. This was my worst experience ever.

Cheddar Never Gets Tired of Trying to Make it Work with Cheddar:

Cheddar is not going to bring back his onion rings! I haven’t been there since a month before Covid because they don’t have onion rings anymore. I know it’s not an entree, but it’s the appetizer of choice for my family and I refuse to indulge if I can’t order them. Sometimes it’s just two or three and sometimes it’s 12 to 18 hours and that’s none of your business anymore.

Went to Cheddar in San Angelo Texas

Went to Cheddar in San Angelo Texas around 3 pm and it wasn’t even busy. They seated us and we sat there for 15 minutes and still never got any service, the waitress left and no one even bothered to take our drinks so we left and didn’t go back. Which tells me that the management is bad. What a shame.

It Was Horrible

it was horrible. The service was terrible. We were all prepared and knew what we wanted to eat. That’s why we place the order as soon as we sit down. My server said I’d be back with some as soon as the warm croissants came out. 25 minutes later we saw her handing out croissants to customers at a table in front of us. Still no croissants! So I stop him and like we can get some. Her reply was I’m still waiting for the croissants to come out of the oven. Very good!! Liar. Then 10 minutes later the croissant, I as for the napkin. No napkin for 15 minutes, food came cold after 15 to 20 minutes. The plate in which the food used to be hot and the food inside was cold! I will never go back. No manager came to talk to us.

The Place is Badly Managed and Staffed:

The place is badly managed and the staff turn people away. Came on Monday at 12:30. Manny had many open seats and booths.. waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came. then the lady asked me to wait 45 minutes. Half empty and can’t seat one person for 45 minutes? I will never waste my time returning here. Can’t wait to see them out of business and get someone else here who wants customers.

Loved the Food But the Music is Too Loud

Loved the food, although I wouldn’t rate it above average. The problem was that the music was too good. We couldn’t even talk loudly to each other. In case you’re unaware, “dining” is as much about being and conversing with family or friends as it is about the food. Your two locations advised that loud music is company policy, really!? Whose idea was it? Do you really have customers who won’t come over unless the music is extremely loud? I think probably not. lucky you We’ll “dine” somewhere where we can have a conversation.

Went to Bell’s Store for the First Time:

Visited the store for the first time on Bell Road. in Peoria, Arizona. The food came out on time. I had the cornmeal white fish, the cornmeal was crunchy but the fish was not flaky. The server forgot coleslaw. There is absolutely no ‘wow’ factor in this. I may go back and try some more but not in a hurry.

Cheddars Restaurant in Tucson Has Bad Service

What a chaotic place, I checked my stomach and was told that there would be a delay of five to 10 minutes. We sat at the bar and after waiting 20 minutes I went over to ask how long it would take for our take to be ready. The young woman I spoke to also said that I was not registered, she was very rude and talked to me like I was a child. Her co-workers appeared again, was the girl I checked in with. She told me there was a table available, I went back to the bar, and she came over again and told us it would be five or ten minutes because they needed to clear a table. We asked her not to disturb them and we left.

As Bad as a Restaurant Can Be

Last night we went to Cheddar’s in Melbourne, Florida as a family, six of us. 25 minutes to take our drink orders then we ordered dinner at the same time. After 15 minutes still doesn’t drink, so we left. Oh, and the waiter was as rude and surly as I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant.

Not the Best Food, But It was in America:

So we reached around 9:30. Kept sitting at the entrance for about 20 minutes. Then we had to wait till 10:30 for our dinner. It turns out small. They reduced my brothers’ portions, which didn’t include some of my grandfather’s meals. They started closing in while we were there. My brother had to eat mine and my grandmother’s dinner because we had to wait just to eat raw steak. I am extremely unhappy with the way this restaurant has handled things. And how they undercooked our steak. He paid us $2 to play the game on the iPad on the table and we didn’t even know it. The payment system didn’t work back then and we couldn’t make payments for ages.

I Recently Started Working In

I just started working at Cheddar and am using my cousin’s account for fear of retaliation. I couldn’t believe what was happening in the kitchen! The cooks are handling the food with their bare hands as they are playing with it and not washing between plates as health codes require! And leave the garbage inside overnight which is also a violation of the health code! And it’s the general manager who fixes it all! Touching food with bare hands.
