Terrible Service & Food
There was no hostess so we sat at the bar. The bar was full of dirty dishes and there was only one other person at the bar. Ordered our dinner they didn’t have Caesar salad so I ordered soup. When they brought food for my husband, they told me that there was no soup. Cheddars.com Why did he wait so long to tell me? I did not eat food and left as soon as my husband left. This was my worst experience ever.

Went to Cheddar in San Angelo Texas around 3 pm and it wasn’t even busy. They seated us and we sat there for 15 minutes and still never got any service, the waitress left and no one even bothered to take our drinks so we left and didn’t go back. It Was Horrible
it was horrible. The service was terrible. We were all prepared and knew what we wanted to eat. That’s why we place the order as soon as we sit down. My server said I’d be back with some as soon as the warm croissants came out. 25 minutes later we saw her handing out croissants to customers at a table in front of us. Still no croissants! So I stop him and like we can get some. Her reply was I’m still waiting for the croissants to come out of the oven. Very good!! Liar. Then 10 minutes later the croissant, I as for the napkin. No napkin for 15 minutes, food came cold after 15 to 20 minutes. The plate in which the food used to be hot and the food inside was cold! I will never go back. No manager came to talk to us.

The place is badly managed and the staff turn people away. Came on Monday at 12:30. Manny had many open seats and booths.. waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came. then the lady asked me to wait 45 minutes. Half empty and can’t seat one person for 45 minutes? I will never waste my time returning here. Can’t wait to see them out of business and get someone else here who wants customers.
Loved the Food But the Music is Too Loud
Loved the food, although I wouldn’t rate it above average. The problem was that the music was too good. We couldn’t even talk loudly to each other. Visited the store for the first time on Bell Road. in Peoria, Arizona. The food came out on time. I had the cornmeal white fish, the cornmeal was crunchy but the fish was not flaky.
