I wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Slow customer service, they wait forever to tell you (after purchase) that an item is out of stock and immediately try to offer an “exchange” instead of refunding you the money. And if you need to return an item, they’ll make it as difficult as possible. Stick with another online retailer.

I ordered the Stormi media console in August 2022. After several months of delay, I was expecting delivery of the unit on 1/9/23. I prepared the location, changed my work schedule, and cleared my calendar only to find out they sent the wrong item.
Fast forward to 3/11/23–I allowed them to attempt to rectify the shipping failure by reordering and re-shipping the item. Yet, on the delivery date, the drivers showed the wrong box, something that could have been carried by one person. The media console is 72″ W x 18″ D x 27″ H.

She was considerate, and compassionate, solicited feedback, and involved the customer in the solution. Not only that – it was priced to match. So we’ll wait a little longer and most likely Ashley is behind our backs.
I Bought 4 Sets of Wine Glasses
I bought 4 sets of wine glasses, champagne glasses, cocktail glasses and martini glasses. They said my entire order was right there, but customer service eventually called me back to tell me the champagne glasses were back-ordered and would come later.
A glass of wine was cracked. Took a while to reach customer service but I eventually did. He sent a champagne glass to replace the broken wine glass. However, he quickly corrected that and sent me a wine glass. I would say, you have to be extremely patient and persistent with this company, but they will fix things. The glasses are gorgeous! Exactly what I expected. Now, fingers crossed, they don’t forget to send me back the champagne glasses I ordered.
I Know I’m In the Minority Here But
I know I’m in the minority here but I’ve had similar issues with slow customer service. Placed an order and haven’t heard anything for days. Finally cancelled it and got a refund in 2 weeks. It’s slow and in a world of Amazon and other retailers, I think we’re all a little spoiled. Will I shop with them again? Yes, but keep in mind that things will be slow.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Bought 3 counter stools and one of them didn’t come with tools! I don’t understand why they don’t check it carefully before sending it?! The worst thing is I can’t imagine how bad the customer service is!! I emailed and called several times but no one got back to me to provide any solution!! Without tools, this stool is just useless! If I don’t hear back from BarkDecor within this week, I will dispute it with my credit card company.
If I Could Give This Company a Big Fat
Checking in for an update on Burke Decor! If I could give this company a big fat zero. I ordered a glass shelving unit that was broken but didn’t find out it was broken until a month or so after my contractor had to install it. This company refused to give credit, replacement or anything to make good on this site on a 5-day return policy which is insane for a furniture decor company.
Ordered Scones 20 Days Ago
Ordered sconces 20 days ago and they will not return multiple emails or answer customer service phone calls. I finally waited 35 minutes for a customer service representative to respond and she told me that she had no clue where the sconces were or if they had been shipped or not, but that she could not cancel the order. I had to dispute with MX to get a response from Burke. Ironically, once I received notification from the credit card company that they had contacted Burke, the scones appeared a week later. Save yourself time and headaches and don’t order from this company.
