Received Damaged Product
I ordered 2 foam prints to display on an easel for my wedding. 1 came right and used. The second completely tilted the whole picture in several places. Of course, that meant I couldn’t use it for my wedding. I have tried to get my refund twice. They keep telling me that I can get a reprint (this is useless to me as my marriage is over now). The “customer service” in the chat is a bot, even though they pretend they are a live agent. They will often “disconnect” and you will have to repeat the story with a new “agent”. Useless and so disappointing.

I researched somewhere to get canvas art printed for birthdays. It was ridiculous the price all the big-name brands were charging! So when I found OptimalPrint, I was a little sceptical because of how much they discounted the price. Even with express shipping, the total turned out to be only a fraction of the other company’s prices.
The canvas arrived quickly, which I was very happy about as it arrived in time for my birthday. It was also carefully packed. And it looks perfect! So far, I have nothing but great things to say. My only potential concern is how well and long the paint will last, so hopefully, the cheap price isn’t a reflection of that. But it still looks great.
Dozer Self-Create Site. Doesn’t Print as Shown, The Preview is Correct. Will not Honour Refund Terms
OptimalPrint will not offer refunds, although it states that it will on its site. He cut off the top and bottom of the poster. No one is checking these and they should not have been sent. Their excuse was, I didn’t order the right size, who would have known? Also, they say it must have shown on the preview and it definitely didn’t. No mention of margin out of size, and no email to say it needs to be resized. They want your money and they are locked out and they don’t meet their refund terms.

Terrible waste of a day.

Unwilling to Rectify the Delay in Delivery: Optimalprint.co.uk
Avery posted a delivery delay on January 5th for an order that was supposed to be delivered by January 11th. When I contacted OptimalPrint on Jan 13th their response was simply “Contact us again if you haven’t received it in 2-3 days and we will issue a reprint”. If I had contacted him 2-3 days back I think he would have issued the reprint by now. I understand that companies can’t control what Avery does, but they either have to stop using Avery or be prepared to fix things when they inevitably go wrong. Can’t comment on product quality etc as I haven’t received it.
Great Quality
So far I’ve only ordered two items from Optimal, a large canvas and a very large foam-backed print today. Both arrived within four days of ordering, both well packaged and both very high quality, I’ve had several Printer products over the years and these are the best I’ve ever had. I think the main point is that if you send good-quality files you will get a great result. Will order again.

Shocked by some of the negative reviews here on TBH! I’ve only been ordering from OptimalPrint for the past few weeks, and have ordered from various other online printing services, and Optimal has been top-notch every time. From making my prints to purchasing to the delivery, the entire process is done within a week. I use Optimal to print greeting cards for my business, and I order a batch of 10 every time. There have been a few occasions where the print looked a bit blurry, but those turned out to be testers or the ones I sent to friends/family. Discounts are always the cheapest too. Overall, really happy with Optimum and continue to use it as my main source for printing my products on OhWigi 🙂

I ordered thank you cards, which arrived on time and were of good quality. Unfortunately, a week later I got 4 more deliveries of cards/invites etc for other people in my house. I contacted the company and they couldn’t really give me a reason why this happened. Optimalprint.co.uk Probably won’t use OptimalPrint again as they don’t seem to be very careful with personal details and photos.
Birthday Present
In good time for her husband’s birthday, ordered a photo book for him as a 60th birthday present. The product still looks exactly as Avery expected. I contacted you guys multiple times and I was told to wait till the actual day of my husband’s birthday to see if he has come. As this did not happen, I again contacted you guys and was told that the book would be reprinted which it was and was received several days later. Not having it for my husband’s birthday was extremely disappointing.
