Worse Experience
A ordered 6 bottles of 2.5oz Cavalli Oro and I received 6 bottles of 1.4 Cavalli Oro. Called customer service and was told there was an error in the system, but the 2.5oz Cavalli is out of stock. So I guess they just shipped any size available in stock without noticing me, they didn’t even give me a return label when I called to complain.

Despite the reviews about the company not delivering the order, I bit the bullet and ordered through them. Not only did I receive my order, but I also received it within the time frame given and my order was intact. So Frangrancehut.com is a fine company. Ordered one of their products at a reasonable price. About 10 minutes after I placed an order online and received a confirmation email and money withdrawn from my account, I receive another email indicating that my order status has been changed to “Refund”. No reason was given for cancellation/refund. And yes, the money was taken quickly but not returned so quickly. I searched the net and found that this company does not have a customer service department where I can talk to someone. Looks like I am at their mercy as to when I will get my money back if I will get my money back.

I order perfume as a gift, but the 22nd of July 7th not arrived yet, and now hut told that I have to fill declaration form and send it back to them before trace delivery or refund, this company reply slow to deliver, and does not supply the goods ordered, I think I am in for a long battle and never supply carriers or post service, so I think I will try this site in future I will miss

I bought a bottle of perfume to send to someone and when they received it the top was not in the box. It was so embarrassing! This was my first purchase with fragrance hut yet I had so much faith in them that they will get it right. I was in for a rude awakening. It took me a long time to find the number for customer service and when I found it I called several days and got an answering machine. Then I sent them an email.
He replied but I didn’t check it. I finally got someone from customer service who was not helping at all. He said there was nothing he could do and my only option was to send it back for a refund. It was by far the worst and most embarrassing experience I’ve ever had. I said earlier that this was my first purchase from Fragrance Hut and it will definitely be my last.
